A complete meta-analysis of the human fecal microbiome data for kidney disease yields the following average microbial fingerprint. The keystone taxa which are most consistently significantly decreased are Butyricicoccus, Coprococcus, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Lachnospira, Prevotella and Roseburia. The keystone taxa most consistently significantly associated with kidney disease are E coli, Fusobacterium, Lactobacillus and Streptococcus.
