taxa which are most consistently significantly decreased are Anaerostipes,
Bifidobacterium, Coprococcus, Eubacterium halli, Eubacterium rectale, Faecalibacterium
prausnitzii, Lachnospira, Ruminococcus and Subdoligranulum. The keystone taxa most
consistently significantly associated with a carnivore diet are Enterobacter, Escherichia,
Fusobacterium, Klebsiella, Lactobacillus, Peptostreptococcus and Streptococcus.
